Who can hold Eskom accountable for this damages to SA people

I am not happy with the way Eskom is handling this issue of power outage on prepaid Vending system, firstly they they wrote alert yesterday saying "Electricity Prepaid Vending system is experiencing Slow performance" Trust me that was a green lie there was no slow performance was completely down. Secondly Eyewitness posted an article misleading South African that Eskom online service sorted. The utility's Hilary Joffe said "The power giant said the system was now up and running at normal speed". That is also a green lie Regan Thaw eyewitness Journalist and Lindiwe Mlandu editor must be ashamed of themselves for writing article that is misleading the issue of Eskom may be they got paid to write better about Eskom.
Eskom Prepaid vending system is completely offline
I am here at Kraaifontein in Cape Town there are more than 100 people standing a queue for Electricity the funny part not even a single on got electricity since yesterday. From my Experience as small business owner who is selling electricity we being trying since yesterday (01-02-2012 - 04:00 pm ) until now as I am writing this article (02-02-2012 10:00 pm) nothing comes out. There are more than 200 slips with error message "No Voucher Eskom is Down" I have them in my house as evidence.
The sad thing is that most of people groceries are get rotten since Fridge are all off, Some have small child need to eat, some have business selling perishable goods.
I think Eskom need now to pay for this damage the money must be taken from management salary and those big bonus they get every year for this poor service.
Tell me your views about this matter who must we hold accountable for the damage ?
